Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Marksave. By creating an account or connecting your X account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Marksave imports your own X (Twitter) bookmarks into a searchable, organizable library and lets you resurface and share them. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You sign in by connecting your X account (read-only). You're responsible for activity under your account and for complying with X's own terms. You must be at least 16.

Acceptable use

• Use Marksave only to access and organize your own bookmarks.
• Don't abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break the service or its security.
• Don't use it for anything unlawful or that violates others' rights.

Your content

Your saves and data are yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to provide the service (including AI categorization and answers). You can export or delete your data at any time.

Plans & payment

Core features (import, library, manual organizing, keyword search, sharing, export) are free. Pro unlocks the AI features for a subscription fee shown at checkout, billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. A one-time lifetime option, where offered, is non-recurring.

Third parties

Marksave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. Your use of X remains subject to X's terms. We rely on third-party providers (see our Privacy Policy) to operate.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marksave is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Marksave and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
